Resources

Here are some resources to help on your wellness journey. Some of the books in this list I have read, while others which have been recommended I have not yet had the time. The works of Benjamin Bikman and Jason Fung are excellent resources.

The information I share here will consist mainly of books and websites I have found informational, educational, and of use on my health journey. Some are links to other websites with, and some are paid affiliate links (mostly the books). I wish you the best on your journey and hope these tools help.
