Even though this week has been somewhat stressful at work, I have made it a point to start over and try to maintain what works. I'm using the Feel Great System and the three steps to work on fixing my health... again. This week I started off with OMAD - doing One Meal A Day. I try to make it a healthy meal, or at least a more healthy option than what I've been eating (which is pretty much anything, including fast food, carbs, sweets, sodas). I've cut the soda out again and I've almost elliminated the fast food.
It's been tough, but I know I can do it. I've done it before. I'm getting my fasting back in line with the OMAD, and if I do have a second meal, I make sure it falls within the 16:8 like I used last year. Within a couple weeks, I'm hoping to do another extended fast and see how that goes. I will keep you updated.
As you can see from the photo of my cgm (continuous glucose monitor) my numbers are getting better. So, it's easy to see the Feel Great System is working. I've dropped roughly 12 pounds within the last couple weeks. That's a definite improvement! Now, to press onward and strive for more!
