On my way

Within a fairly short time, I was seeing phenomenal results. Of course, I was hitting it hard. I was staying dedicated and worked the system. It was working in return.

I went in full force and jumped straight into using the three steps and worked the system. I began my intermittent fasting - doing the 16:8 version where you eat two meals within an 8 hour window and fasted for 16 hours. I drank my tea in the morning and used my fiber with the meals. I was drinking water like I should. Food choices are what I changed drastically. Skipping breakfast (the fasting) became the norm. Salad was my lunch (no salad dressing, which I don't care for anyway). Stir fry became my dinner. I would bake either chicken breast or salmon and sautee some veggies in either olive oil or avacado oil. Asparagus was also sauteed and then baked with a dash of seasoning.

This is what I adhered to and stayed on track. Within a few days, the "bathroom issues" from the previous use of metformin and rosuvastatin went away. That became "normal" which I hadn't seen in years. Within a week, I started feeling an increase in energy. Truly, I was feeling great!

As you can see from the photo, my glucose numbers started coming down. I don't really know what my average glucose readings were, but when I started the system, my A1C was 10.7. So I'm sure 118 was not normal before this. My blood pressure was also normalizing. Everything was on track and going well.
